Group Circuit Training Sessions With Luke In Strength Asylum
In the group sessions we target every aspect of fitness known to man. Each session is an assault on your cardiovascular system and muscles. Each class is different to the last so not only do we continue to stimulate your body and avoid stagnation to get amazing results but it means you will never get bored.
Each session is 45 minutes long with a number of different exercises to perform for a short period of time. Instruction on correct form and how to perform the exercise is given at the beginning of each class. We use all types of training methods from powerlifting movements, strongman exercises and basic Olympic lifts.
Due to how the classes are formulated we can guarantee you will burn more calories and grow more lean muscle tissue than spending 45 minutes in the gym on your own or the same amount of time on a treadmill.
We will push you hard and motivate you to go where you never thought was possible. We don’t care what level of fitness you have, what weight you are or how strong you are; all we care is that you give us 100% because that’s what we give you.
