This is my sport, and what I love the most. I’ve been competing for over 6 years now and I am now a national level athlete. You don’t have to be a strongman to take a strongman session. Why ? Well strongman training is the best for developing useable max effort training, which has massive carry over into all types of sports and everyday life.
I can train you with heavy sand bags, barrels, logs, stones, super yokes, farmers walks; everything. If you need to get ready for a competition or just try something different that will push you then I can do it in these sessions.
